The beauty and bliss encapsulated within this experience will leave you feeling clear and ready to step into your life with greater awareness.

What's the plan for the evening?

We will begin by acknowledging the current astrological cycle and break this down for you to understand what lies ahead for the coming month. 

Together we will then journal and set intentions for the coming month, year or cycle that relates most to your life.

This is followed by a delicious cacao ceremony, prepared for all (100% plant-based), which serves as a means to connect to yourself on a deeper level and facilitate the connection with those you are sharing this special evening alongside.

We use Organic Ceremonial Grade Cacao, brewed carefully and intentionally with all organic ingredients to create a delicious heartwarming brew.

With a delicious cacao drink in your belly and our intentions set we will guide you through a breathwork journey to clear, reset and open your body in a safe space to be able to receive deeper insights and clarity into your life. 

Utilising the power of sound therapy during the breathwork will aid in the process of clearing stagnant energy so we can flow into a guided meditation to acknowledge and strengthen the bond we have with ourselves and solidify our intentions. 

Following the meditation we will guide you through a process to feel deeply into our bodies, coneected and ready for the coming month.
